In 2021, The Bay of Plenty Regional Council Toi Moana reached out to young people to identify what council-led work they were most interested in, and how they might like to be involved.

Fourteen young people were selected from across the region to help prepare this plan as part of the Youth Involvement Project (YIP) group.

This group has been meeting regularly to identify opportunities for young people to engage and connect with Toi Moana and have their voices heard at the council table.

We’d like your thoughts on the vision, focus areas and actions we could take. This form should take 10 minutes to complete.

Your input will help shape the updated document that will be presented to council for adoption in May 2022. Delivery on the actions will begin from July 2022.
