Nau mai, haere mai
Thank you to everyone who took part in voting for projects. 1416 votes were received from the community!
In early 2022 we received a whopping 46 applications for our School Sustainability & Resilience Fund from schools, kura, kohanga, kindergartens, early childhood education centres and other education organisations across our rohe.
There was such an overwhelming response of applications that we decided to increase the fund to $50,000. This means the public will now have $35,000 to spend, while our Youth Involvement Project team will have $15,000 to allocate.
Each of the applications is for between $1,000 to $5,000 (excl. gst) and includes an array of projects which will help to contribute to sustainability and resilience within our region.
Bay of Plenty, it's time to vote for your favourite projects!
